If you are scheduling an appointment, you will be sent a standard follow up email to guide you through the booking process.
We do require a non-refundable deposit to set up a time.

why is the door locked?
If you scanned the QR Code on the front door and the shop door is locked, we may be out of the shop or currently with a client. Please give the shop number a call and leave a message.
Appointments are easily set up by contacting our email.
If you showed up early for an appointment and the door is locked, Please ring the bell and we'll be right with you. The shop opens right at the posted times listed.

Arrival time
We manage all of our own appointments here at Contender Tattoo. The studio's lobby is fairly small and can only seat a few people. Due to this restriction we ask that clients arrive at their appointment time or 5 minutes before, to allow for proper station cleaning between appointments and avoid congestion in the entryway.
*Arriving very early will likely not accelerate your appointment time, and sometimes another client's appointment can run longer than expected and into your scheduled time. We will do our best to let you know if that is the case to save you waiting time.
